Versachuck screwchuck.
This screw chuck is designed specifically for use with the Versachuck when fitted with any of our Versachuck dovetail jaws.
The centre hole created by the closure of Versachuck dovetail jaws creates a hole with an inner dovetail, which locates onto the dovetailed flange on the screw chuck to hold it firmly in place.
At 12.5mm (1/2 inch) diameter, and made from steel alloy, the screw is capable of handling heavy workpieces, and with a parallel boss of 19mm (3/4inch) diameter at the rear of the screw, it can also be mounted in other chucks where the boss can be gripped by the inner ends of the jaw carriers (jaw slides).
