Backplate to fit Versachuck wood lathe chuck.
Threaded to enable chuck bushes produced for use with Teknatool (Nova/Supernova) and Sorby Patriot chucks to be mounted in the backplate. This affords a method by which less common threads not covered by the range of dedicated Versachuck backplates can be accommodated by the Versachuck. The appropriate chuck adaptor bush must be purchased separately .
This Versachuck backplate also fits other chucks that use the ISO standard Pratt Burnerd 4" system, including the Axminster Precision chuck and the Axmister Super Precision chuck, as well as many engineering chucks.
